Following are the procedures to be followed if you wish to conduct a tournament or league within the Southern Pacific Water Polo Zone.

STEP 1: FILL OUT DECLARATION OF INTENT TO HOST AN EVENT
You must fill out the online form and submit your intent to host to the zone. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO DO THAT!

STEP 2: ZONE APPROVAL
You will be notified if your event is approved; only if your event is approved by the zone may you continue on to complete the following steps. Issues that may elicit the zone not to approve your event is if your club or group is not in good standing with the zone or if there are simply to many events on a particular weekend which would make it difficult for referees to be assigned. In addition, failure to complete step one is a timely manner - usually prior to the annual zone calendaring meeting held the December prior to or the January of the competition year. Only if your event is approved may you continue to step 3.

STEP 3: YOUR EVENT WILL BE CALENDARED
Once the zone has approved your event it will be calendared into the Southern Pacific calendar.

STEP 4: ACQUIRE AN EVENT SANCTION THRU USA WATER POLO
After your event has been approved you will then need to request and pay for an Event Sanction thru USA Water Polo. Make certain to request a certificate of insurance as needed when completing the sanction form.

STEP 5: PROCEED TO THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC ZONE EVENT HOST PROCEDURES & EVENT DOCUMENTS SECTION
