NEW! Produce You Own Score Sheet From Your Verified Roster!

YOU WILL NEED TO HAND IN A SCORE SHEET AND A VERIFIED ROSTER FOR EACH OF YOUR GAMES!

Please use the online roster verification form at:
https://webpoint.usawaterpolo.com/website/RosterVerification.asp

Select “Other” from the drop-down menu for the event.

After the screen refreshes automatically enter the name of the event you are rostering along with selecting the appropriate age division for this particular roster. You will notice that now even though let’s say you are verifying a 16U boys team but have acquired permission to play some females on that team then you can now select 16U Mixed so you will now be able to put all of the athletes on the same roster.

If you have some athletes aging up and have permission to play them down then select the appropriate division so that the roster will verify. So for 18U Boys with some aging up, select 19U Boys, etc.

Once the verified roster is returned to your computer screen, please print enough copies to hand in to the score table before each of your games.

NOW FOR THE BEST PART! (You will need Microsoft Excel running on a PC to do this cool feature – someone on your team will have this program.)

At the top of the screen after your roster is verified, there is a link to “Generate Your Score Sheet”. Click on that and a pop-up window will appear stating that the .asp file is not really Excel, but just click OK to get thru that. Then, voila, a score sheet will appear in Excel which is really one-half of the score book for each of your games. If you needed to verify a different division than the one entered in order to get your roster to verify, then just change the division on the score sheet before proceeding to page setup or printing.

IMPORTANT! To print this on one sheet (necessary) you need to go in to page setup in Excel and select “Fit to 1 page tall and 1 page wide”. Save to your computer and print enough of those sheets to attach to your verified rosters to hand in to the score table prior to each of your games.

When the score table gets one of these from each team, they will circle white or dark appropriately, hole punch the right edge of the white team’s sheet, hole punch the left edge of the dark team’s sheet, insert both into a 3-ring binder (white team on the left) and they now have a score book for that game made up from each of the two teams’ score sheets with the names already filled in.

If you wish you can hole punch both edges of your score sheets.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAND IN A SCORE SHEET AND A VERIFIED ROSTER FOR EACH OF YOUR GAMES!

NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to do so will mean that only for your first game will you be allowed to handwrite a roster but then you must return to subsequent games with your verified rosters and score sheets, otherwise you will forfeiture and fining penalties for failure to produce your verified rosters.
